Habit groups
A habit group is a small room of people doing the same small thing on the days they picked. You check in when you do it, and the others see it. On the days you nearly didn't, that is often what gets you there.
Here is what a group looks like for some of the habits people bring. Any of them can be public, so people find it in Discover, or private, for the people you already know.
- Reading accountability groupPages a day, logged in one tap, with a group that sees them.
- Writing accountability groupWord counts, morning pages and drafts, with people writing too.
- Running accountability groupMinutes or distance, on the days you run, with people who run.
- Workout accountability groupStrength, gym or home sessions, on your days, with people training too.
- Meditation accountability groupMinutes on the cushion, logged quietly, with people sitting too.
- Language learning accountability groupDaily practice, in any app or class, with people learning too.
